A significant development that will make transformational improvements to the North Perth town center. Partnering with Place Fabric on the commercial component, the development provides a new shopping plaza integrated with extensive landscaping with deep soil area for street trees.

The architectural language references the eclectic tapestry of North Perth. The façades draw on modernist proportions seen in nearby civic buildings. The materiality is influenced by terracotta details found in local 1960s suburban homes.

Landscape continues across the development, with extensive planting and open space provided for residential amenity. The proposal includes a highly activated street front to improve the walkability along Fitzgerald Street.
