The 35 years old building used to be the headquarter office and factory of a legendary local canned drink manufacturer, Yeo’s. It undergone a major make over for 23 months in order for Lee Ming Press, a company who does printing and signage making business to occupy the building as the new owner.

Therefore, the design process has to address various challenges such as change of use, different
building material, new construction method, and design perspective.
